Pleasant Valley Country Club
Pleasant Valley Country Club is a renowned, internationally recognized golf course, made famous through its many years hosting both the PGA and LPGA Tours. Throughout the Club’s storied history, it has hosted 33 PGA Tour events and 14 LPGA Tour events, ranking third all-time on the PGA Tour’s list of most consecutive tournaments ever played at any one golf course! The greatest names in golf, including Ben Hogan, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Lee Trevino and Phil Mickelson, have graced the fairways of Pleasant Valley since its opening in 1965.
In November 2010, Pleasant Valley Country Club was purchased by John Magill, owner of Highfields Golf and Country Club in Grafton. Prior to opening Highfields in 2002, Magill was a member of Pleasant Valley Country Club for 20 years and fondly remembers the days when Hogan, Palmer and Nicklaus walked the storied fairways of Pleasant Valley. He and his family are firmly committed to maintaining this world-class course in "tour condition" for the enjoyment of the residents of The Villas and the region's golf community. For details on the exciting membership opportunities at Pleasant Valley, including Social Memberships, please click here to visit the Pleasant Valley Country Club website. There's no better time to "walk in the footsteps" of the greatest names in the game of golf.
Pleasant Valley Country Club also hosts Champions Restaurant. You don't have to play golf or be a member to enjoy the atmosphere, fabulous food and service that Champions offers. Champions is open most afternoons and evenings to the public. With a full service bar and wonderful appetizers, it has become a neighborhood gathering place for our Villas' residents. There is even a private cart path leading to the country club!
