The Cypress, like The Augusta, is a duplex style model presenting owners with the unique option of a second floor master suite as well as several other features that can only be found in the Cypress.

Just off the front entrance, a series of regal columns help define the formal dining room with its gracious picture window offering breathtaking views of the grounds. Through a double set of french doors just beyond the foyer is the den. With a walk-in closet, expansive picture window and direct access to the first of four full bathrooms, the den offers a unique flexibility that could easily serve as an extra guest room when needed.

Just beyond the formal dining room is the refreshingly sunlit kitchen. Special attention has been paid to the “heart of the home” and the kitchen is gracefully outfitted with a suite of Jenn-Air and G.E. Profile stainless steel appliances. Custom-built cabinets in a variety of finish choices, granite countertops and a center island featuring a downdraft cooktop are all standard features. A wall of windows overlooking the patio or deck grace one side of the kitchen and a sun-drenched breakfast room that is more glass than it is wall, help make the kitchen and breakfast area simply glow during the vast majority of daylight hours.

The rear corner of the first floor is home to the two story family room. The signature gas fireplace with its stone surround and custom mantle is flanked on either side by two-story sets of windows. A gracious staircase leads to the second floor loft which overlooks the family room.

The Cypress is the only model at The Villas that features a second floor master suite. Connected to the master bedroom and residing directly above the breakfast area, is the master sitting room. Adorned with three walls of glass, the sitting area, together with the breakfast nook, create a “turret of glass” that not only distinguishes the exterior facade of the Cypress, but also carves out two inviting, sunlit special places in the home that are destined to become favorite reflective areas for future homeowners.

The Cypress also offers the added benefit of four full bathrooms, including his and her master bathrooms. “His” bathroom offers a walk-in closet, tiled shower and private vanity and toilet. “Her” bathroom features a slightly more generous walk-in closet, soaking air tub, expanded vanity, tiled shower and toilet. This arrangement presents the perfect blend of proximity and privacy that current Cypress owners have come to love.

The second floor also features a small loft area overlooking the family room and a second bedroom suite with its own private bathroom.
